Worries are still at an all-time high with the missing Malaysian Plane’s whereabouts still unknown. As previously reported the air craft was headed for Beijing with a total of 239 people aboard. False stories dismantled news feeds at almost every hour this past weekend, due to the shock of this case. Many have begun concocting theories and while even thinking of the many possibilities is frightening, we’ve come up with a few of our own, as well as updates on the disturbing situation.
- Equipment Failure
The plane was checked for maintenance issues a week prior to the trip therefore this one is unlikely. When checked, everything was in healthy condition and was cleared for flight. If something technical would have occurred pilots would have been in contact with safety officials between both airports. So we are also not so sure about this one.
- Disintegration midair:
Precautions on planes have entered a whole new height however, it has been confirmed that at least two people aboard the flight, did so with fake passports. Therefore, it is not unlikely that those two people could have done so with wrong intentions. Security checkpoints are normally extensive but because those two people succeeded in boarding the plane it is no telling what else they were successful in doing. The plane basically disappeared into thin air (no pun intended) only forty minutes into their trip. There was absolutely no communication between the pilot and the airport, therefore the possibilities are open.
- Pilot suicide under duress
Perhaps the pilot under attack of terrorist chose to fly the plane straight into the ocean separating Malaysia and Beijing. What is surprising is why the possible attack may have taken place closer to Malaysia, rather than the landing strip in Beijing.
- Real life Lost
Lastly, many are speculating that this may be an instance of a real life “Lost” type of situation. If you are familiar with the show, you’re aware that survivors in a plane crash found refuge on a deserted island. Surveyors are sure to be checking land nearby so perhaps this can soon be ruled out however for now, it is a possibility, that the pilot landed somewhere because of whatever problem and that they are all now stranded on an island in the middle of nowhere.
