-Take a run without using an ipod or your phone for music:

The sound of nature, no matter how corny it may seem, is beautiful! Enjoy it while you can by running with the sound of the wind filling your ears.

-Go to the movies instead of netflix and pay per view:

Do you remember your last trip to the movies? While cozying up at home can sometimes be more fun, relaxing and less expensive, it takes the classic out of the feeling. Enjoy sometime planning for the movies, finding seats and eating actual theater popcorn every now and then.

-Flip through a tangible magazine:

Preferably The Source, it always feels good to smell the ink on the pages and feel the cover featuring one of your favorite celebrities. Remember how cool it was and go out and get you one!

-Take a picture with a REAL camera:

Technology is definitely up to par! Cameras on our phones have remarkable capabilities, however there is something beautiful and nostalgic about taking photos using the cameras that our parents used to  (or updated versions).

These few tips are sure to make everything a little less stressful, if only for a minute. Try some out & let us know how they helped or harmed!
