Michigan better bring their hard hats to this one on Thursday night. After a big loss to Big 10 and in-state rival Michigan State, the Michigan Wolverines will have to put the disappointing loss behind them and be mentally and physically prepared for this match up against Wofford.
Wofford’s 20-12 record doesn’t really stand out. Nor do they have any wins against any significant opponents. But this is Wofford’s third NCAA Tournament appearance in the last five years. They have been here before, they know what it takes, and this is what March Madness is all about. The unpredictable becomes the common, and the Terriers understand the significance of this moment. They know this is their one shot to get this done and the winners of the Southern Conference might pick up the upset of the year.
