It’s no question that we needed to put him on our list. Where do we begin? It all started with him striking his then girlfriend and fellow singer Rihanna, and just as things were looking up for him, he still managed to get into trouble (the infamous brawl at famous nightclub against Drake). Now he is in jail for an assault case that happened at a Washington D.C nightclub. Hopefully, this time around he has learned his lesson.
