Our favorite maids are working for new people, while others are testing their relationships
Last week on the season premiere of the hit show, Devious Maids picks up where last season left off: Rosie was taken by Immigration officials as Peri looks on. Rosie is in court to see if she will be deported. Marisol, Zoila, and Carmen decides to go to church to support her. Her case is postponed for six months and she can stay in the US. Marisol announces that Nick proposed to her last night and shows off her ring, bragging that he is so rich that they had pheasant for dinner.
This week, Perri goes to the doctor to see if she is pregnant, but turns out that she is not and Rosie started working for a new family, The Millers. Zolia is against Valentina working for the Powells (which is never good). Carmen is prepping for her fake engagement party to Alejandro, and Marisol is getting settled into Nick’s house, which makes Opal unhappy.
Meanwhile, at the Millers, things are intense between the two ladies that she works for and they put her right in the middle, which is a position that Rosie doesn’t want to be part of. While shopping with her friend, Evelyn notices a homeless woman wearing one of her necklaces and demanded for her to return it. Spence finally tells Perri that he was having an affair with Rosie and that he wants to divorce her. But in true Perri form, she tells him that she is not in fact pregnant and even threatens to move to Europe with their son. Just as Marisol is getting settled into Nick’s house, she was cleaning out a closet and found some things of Dahila’s. Opal tells her not to touch anything that belongs to Dahila’s. Evelyn finally got her necklace back as her bodyguard retrieves it from the homeless woman.
While at a party, Carmen notices that Alejandro is talking to an old friend, Dario,making her jealous. At the Millers, it’s Ken’s birthday and Rosie is planning his party. Zolia went to see Valentina at the Powell’s house and she took a little vase out of their house to make it seem like Valentina stole it, so she could get fired. Zolia’s husband Pablo tells her that he wants a separation from her and this breaks Zolia’s heart that results in him moving out. Marisol and Opal finally bonded, putting their differences to the side. At the birthday party, Ken finally stood up for himself to make his wife and daughter stop arguing. While watching tv at the Millers, Rosie finds out that Spence is leaving Perri and she went to see him. When she went to see him, he tells her that it’s over and that she should not come around. At the fake engagement party, Carmen decides that her and Alejandro should get married at the party, which takes him by surprise. Masked gunman entered the party and Alejandro was shot by one of the gunman forcing them to leave the house.
