Last night, Hot 97’s Funkmaster Flex debuted a very capable summer anthem last night, in the form of DJ Khaled‘s latest anthem, “They Don’t Love You No More”, featuring French Montana, Meek Mill, Rick Ross & Jay Z, with production coming from Mike Zombie. On Jay’s verse–which also featured him jabbing at the NCAA, another sports association–he ended off with what most perceived to be a dig at Drake, who subtly shot at Hov on one of his latest tracks, “Draft Day”.

Today, in a statement made to MTV, Major League Lacrosse had a few words for the Brooklyn native.
Lacrosse is often called the fastest sport on two feet. Players are on the field dodging and shooting balls at over 100 miles per hour.
With that said we don’t think Jay-Z knows what he’s talking about when he calls Lacrosse ‘soft’ I can guarantee you it is anything but a ‘soft’ sport.
Mr. Carter would not last one minute on a lacrosse field during a match and he is more than welcome to come to any of our games and try.
