A Maryland high school just caught the break of a lifetime
Sash Nemphos is a 16-year old high school student that attends George Washington Carver Center For Arts & Technology in Monkton, Maryland. That was, before he was arrested after authorities uncovered an elaborate scheme to kill his parents and as many people at his school as possible using handguns and homemade bombs, after which he had plans to kill himself. Nemphos came so close to executing his catastrophic plan, it’s chilling to think about.
According to Reuters, Nemphos planned on executing the mass-murder/suicide plot on Friday, which is when he went to school strapped with a firearm, but admitted to the court that he decided to hold off until Monday, because he “drank too much whiskey” before class, and forgot the explosives at home. Thankfully, the next day during authorities’ investigation of some car thefts they liked Nemphos for, they discovered his plans, and several of the explosive devices he planned to use, and Nemphos was arrested. He will be charged as an adult.
