Coming back to Lincoln Center May 6-12
The Film Society of Lincoln Center and African Film Festival, Inc. have teamed up again to present the New York African Film Festival which will run between May 6-12.  This festival will feature a diverse array of films having 15 features and 13 short films from Africa and the Diaspora.  The festival will also run under the United Nations’ International Decade for People of African Descent (2015-2024) and will be the New York festival’s 22nd year running.  This festival will also take place at the Cinema at the Maysles Documentary Center and the Brooklyn Academy of Music’s BAMcinématek.  This will also be the African Film Festival’s 25th anniversary.
