Is it too soon for a Partynextdoor joke?
40-year old Jose Caballero and 20-year old Elissa Alvarez have been found guilty of lewd and lascivious exhibition after they were caught having sex on a crowded beach by a grandmother and a 4-year old girl on Cortez Beach in Bradenton, Florida.
Not only does the couple face a sentence of up to 15 years behind bars–a fate very likely for Caballero considering this felony was committed less than three years after his release from prison–but they will have to register as sex offenders. The prosecution reportedly laughed at the defense’s postulation that Alvarez was merely dancing on her boyfriend, especially considering they have video footage depicting the lewd act.
A sentencing date has not begun, but according to Caballero’s attorney, the judge will have no choice but to give him the aforementioned 15 years. As far as Alvarez, her defense will be requesting an unspecified jail term for the 20-year old, indicating that they’ve already conceded that she’ll have to serve time behind bars.
