Meek Mill stopped by DJ Whoo Kid’s The Whoolywood Shuffle this past Fourth of July weekend. With the release of Dreams Worth More Than Money last week, the response has been crazy! Stacked with features by Chris Brown, Nicki Minaj, Drake, Swizz Beatz & more, there has been a nostalgic feeling placed back into the culture of street Hip-Hop.

The interview shares a ton of insight into Meek’s career past & present. Learning from his incarceration has definitely changed his outlook on life, he explains that his mannerisms have been conducted differently. Because of this he has a lot of positivity to look forward to, and that chapter of life is since behind him. Going on from there Meek sheds insight on Swizz Beatz’ relationship with him, saying that Swizz is the OG and speak on a daily basis.

Finally Meek feels that Rick Ross isn’t being treated fairly. With the Judge holding back the bail proceedings sheds a negative light on the Jurors, and when the Jury heads to trial Ross faces a setback. “If you don’t have bail the Jury automatically feels as if you’re guilty, there really isn’t any due process.” The interview is closed out with DWMTM being submitted too soon that Nas wasn’t able to send back his verse in time, this would’ve been their second collaboration together; already recording “Maybach Curtains” with Nas on Dreams & Nightmares. But the record is done, and it’s in Nas’ possession.

Tune into DJ Whoo Kid’s The Whoolywood Shuffle each and every Saturday on Eminem’s Shade 45 (Sirius XM), broadcasting from 12p-6p EST with a re-broadcast on Sundays from 10a-4p EST. POW!
