EA Sports is showing fans they’re very good in the “troll” game as well as creating innovative sports games.
Yesterday [Thursday, January 14] EA Sports recreated the missed field goal by Minnesota Vikings kicker Blair Walsh that could’ve sent his team to a division match up against the Carolina Panthers on their hit video game, Madden NFL 16.
With just roughly 1:40 left in the game, Walsh was called to nail a 27-yard field goal attempt. Many considered it a chip shot for someone who’s been consistent all season for his team such as Walsh. Unfortunately, the kick was wide left. With the caption entitled “#TBT to Sunday,” it’s safe to say it’s too early to pick on a wound still open and far from healed. Fans will next be looking forward to a highly entertaining divisional playoff game between the Seattle Seahawks and Carolina Panthers.
