Young Thug rarely does interviews, but when he does, he doesn’t holds back.
On the heels of his announcement of the Slime Season 3 release date–February 5–and as he prepares to finally drop his oft-delayed debut album, Thug sat down with one of the game’s most revered interviewers, Sway Calloway, on Sway in the Morning to catch us up on a myriad of topics, including the entangling relationship he shares with Lil Wayne and Birdman, and his beef with Plies and Game.
There’s clearly no love lost between Thug and Plies–“I’m gonna slap the sh*t out of him”–but Thugger downplayed his riff with the Compton emcee, saying their back-and-forth had everything to do with a misunderstanding concerning their respective relationships with Lil Wayne.
