Kanye West obviously has no issues getting messy at the moment. First his rant on Twitter during his short-lived beef with Wiz Khalifa and now he’s coming for television talk show host Wendy Williams.
Williams made West her target during her show while explaining the beef between West, Khalifa and Amber Rose. Williams repeatedly called West a “woman” for his responses to Khalifa and his comments about Khalifa’s child. According to Daily Mail, West “is furious that the TV star has repeatedly talked on air about him being secretly gay and has called his marriage to Kim Kardashian ‘one of convenience.’ Wendy has referred to Kim as Kanye’s ‘beard.’”
West has recorded a remixed version of Aerosmith’s “Dude (Looks Like a Lady),” and turned it into somewhat of a diss track against Williams.
The lyrics read: ‘You obsessed with me/Keep testing me/You may be wearing dresses, but you a man like me/Got bigger hands than me/Let me see, your birther please/A dude in a wig that really wanna be me!’
According to reports, Kim Kardashian asked her husband to shelve the track once she found out about it for fear that West would come off transphobic. “Kim was concerned that Caitlyn Jenner would be offended by the record—it would appear as though Kanye was in some way attacking that movement instead of just targeting Wendy,” the report read.
Williams finished with, “I’m not going to say anything about Kanye, what people do behind closed doors is their own business.”
