Kanye West Fires Back at DeadMau5 in Confusing Twitter Rant

Kanye West using Twitter to rant, rave and/or terrorize isn’t news anymore, so we’ll just give it to you straight.

Yesterday, Yeezy tweeted “Day 3” with a picture of his computer screen, on which there was an open Pirate Bay tab that caught the attention of many. For those unfamiliar, Pirate Bay is a popular torrent site, which is where artists–or anyone, really–can go to bootleg different forms of media, like music, movies or books. The irony here, is that Kanye has spent the last three weeks pushing for people to sign up for TIDAL, which is currently the only place you can download his album.

Deadmau5, who is Yeezy’s fellow co-owner at TIDAL, called out Ye for perusing Pirate Bay with a tweet, which Kanye has apparently caught up with.

The following is a set of extremely confusing tweets from Kanye, where attempts at bashing Deadmau5 are made using “mouse” emojis and a bewildering method of using both the word “hashtag” and its corresponding symbol.
