Long plays Jordan who is Harper’s (Taye Diggs) almost lover back in college (who he still has the hots for, although he’s in a whole ‘other relationship). Jordan is into media and is privy to an advanced copy of Harper’s book based on his life. The book is filled with some hot steaming tea that will cause rifts in his clique and Harper puts all the blame on Jordan. Almost 15 years later, The Best Man crew reunites for a sequel, The Best Man Holiday, with Long insisting she date a Caucasian man in the film to represent the world’s change.
