DJ Khaled has been making waves in the past few months after growing in popularity due to his hilarious, yet captivating antics on Snapchat. The mogul also has a series of phrases that have become popular such as “mogul talk,” “special cloth alert,” and “major key.” Since then, Khaled has been awarded the key to the city of Miami and graced the cover of Bloomberg Businessweek.
Today, Khaled has scored another accomplishment as the island nation of Belize has formally named an island after his “major key” phrase with Belize Major Caye. The Belize Tourism Board tweeted out a statement making the announcement.
