Beyoncé released her sixth full length studio album Lemonade with an accompanying film to much fan fare last weekend. The song and visuals sparked much conversation in regards to infidelity in her marriage with Jay Z, which is still a talking point online. TMZ caught up with actor/director Michael Rapaport, who is devoted New York Knicks fan and was asked his thoughts on the long struggling franchise. Rapaport took the opportunity to tie in Bey’s “Lemonade” and what it feels like to be a Knicks fan.
“I do think that Beyoncé’s “Lemonade” video/song is a metaphor for what its like to be a Knicks fan. Denial, regret, hope. A lot of people tried to decipher what Beyoncé’s “Lemonade” is about, its about being a Knicks fan.”
