Welcoming resident and tourist alike, Washington Square Park is a hub for stagnation, a purgatory for individuals seeking the city and its fruits. Wait around long enough and you may purvey an intriguing sight; dancers filled the center of the marquee Manhattan destination, drawing the attention of a commendable and engrossed crowd. Surrounded by bustling city, the parks pockets of grass and greenery lend themselves to an alternate setting and mindset with bubbles flying through the air courtesy of a devoted and posted supplier and ice cream trucks eager to serve the masses.
A gang of some of New York cities most style conscious and invested showed up to the locale decked out in threads ranging from Alexander Wang x H&M neoprene and fur to Supreme photo tees and a color infused racing jacket. Merging at the center of the park and subsequently dispersing to the outskirts and beyond, the fashionable presence could be felt and was almost tangible.
Burberry Perry, the mastermind behind the world renowned and sick trap love denouncement “1night”, pulled up adorned in a collaborative pair of ASAP Rocky x Gue$$ overalls, Adidas by Raf Simons Spring/ Summer 16 Ozweego 2s on feet and a logo imbued Gucci polo paired with a set of vintage gold necklaces and a thrifty Delta cap, stunting on virtually all of St. Marks and Kpierre straight up painted his hair a sleek light blue matching his garment aesthetic and coloring.
