Juggling a new relationship, new music, and motherhood, Ciara announced yesterday [Thursday, May 12] that she has officially partnered with IMG Modeling Agency.
Ciara announced the partnership in an official statement.”I’m super thrilled about partnering with IMG Models. I have always had a strong love for fashion and I’m grateful to be surrounded by so many great friends that are the best at what they do in this industry. This partnership will give me an opportunity to grow and experiment as an artist. I truly look forward to all the amazing things we have planned ahead.”
Ciara will be in good company with IMG. She joins fellow R&B singer Miguel, rapper Wiz Khalifa and pop sensation Demi Lavato. Fashion stars like Gisele Bündchen, Kate Moss and Gigi Hadid are also signed to IMG. Ciara’s portfolio has been racking up in recent years. She has graced the covers of L’Uomo Vogue, Shape, and Essence. In 2009 she became the face of Roberto Cavalli’s Fall 2015 campaign.
Ciara has been a major player in fashion in recent times, partnering with Coach and Ralph Lauren. She also was given the title of fashion brand Topshop’s first U.S. brand ambassador. Ciara is showing that you can do it all at any point in life.
