Desiigner has spent the last few weeks spreading his erratic brand of freestyle and live performance across the globe, from headline-grabbing slots on Tim Westwood and the UK’s KissFM to The Late Show. On top of that, the Brooklyn rapper is still riding high off the success of “Panda,” which landed atop the Billboard Hot 100 in May, giving Desiigner his first-ever #1 hit.
His success, which seemed to come out of nowhere, distracted many from the fact that he’s just 19-years-old, and a senior in high school. Well, allow the following video clip to remind you. Footage surfaced on social media of Desiigner riding to prom and dabbing his life away at the actual party to Drake‘s “Controlla” and a couple other bangers, excitedly talking about the Rolls Royce he pulled up in and getting off countless renditions of his infamous “money counter” ad-libs, with interpolated shrieks.
