Back on Easter, pictures surfaced of Kanye West and the Migos hanging out, and their kickbacks were believed to be associated with studio sessions for Kanye West’s next album, Turbografx 16, which he announced shortly after the release of his February The Life of Pablo album.
Since those photos were posted, there has been little proof that Kanye West and Migos collaborations exist, but Quavo is prominently featured on G.O.O.D. Music’s new Cruel Winter single, which also features West (obviously), Yo Gotti, Big Sean, Travi$ Scott and more. During an interview with Acton Entertainment, Migos’ fearless leader revealed that there’s a lot more to the Yeezy x Migos relationship. He tells Acton, “Shoutout to Kanye, we got multiple songs with him,” before revealing that there are more collaborations in the stash that have yet to be unleashed. “”We got a lot of things with other artists too that are always in the vault that you might here soon. We just keep them in the chamber ready to be fired.”
As far as Migos goes, they’re currently prepping their highly-anticipated No Label 3 project, and appear to be primed to make a real run at owning the summer again now that Offset is out of jail. Watch the brief interview above.
