Lauryn Hill will hit the road this autumn for a full tour. According to Okayplayer, she is scheduled to perform 17 shows across North America starting August 27 in Philadelphia and concluding November 13 in Phoenix.
We all remember earlier this year when Ms. Hill made fans wait more than two hours for a performance in Atlanta, and then canceled a show in Baltimore. She was also a last-minute no-show for the Grammys, where she was supposed to perform with The Weeknd. Ms. Hill made up for the appearance by performing with him on Jimmy Fallon’s late night show.
Hopefully the Fugees star has gotten all of her concert mishaps out of the way, and can get back to entertaining her fans in only a way that she can. Ms. Hill has had the luxury of sustaining a strong following, even after all of the hiccups, so she’ll likely take advantage of this as she hits the road.
