Lil Wayne’s forthcoming memoir Gone ‘Til November details his experience in Rikers Island during his 8 month prison sentence for weapon possession in 2010.
The book is derived from the rapper’s personal prison diary. It talks about everything from his daily meals to his favorite television shows to his relationships with the other inmates. He talked about the time where he married two inmates and they used toilet tissue for decorations. It ended with a toast with 13 Gatorades:
Gatorade is liquid gold in this b****. Imagine seeing grown a** men in jail hanging tissue for wedding decorations and one of them is Lil Wayne. Crazy.
The craziest part of the story is when Wayne revealed that Drake admitted to smashing his girlfriend.
Finding out that she f***** Drake was the absolute worst thing I could have found out. Drizzy came to see me, he was like, ‘Yeah, it’s true’. Damn! This is the type of s*** a man never wants to find out while he is locked up.
The 176-page memoir is set for an October 11 release. Sounds like it’s going to be a good read.
