Converse and COMME des GARÇONS create the perfect pair, as we saw last summer with the collaborative Chuck Taylor All Star collection. Now the silhouette being worked on is the popular Chuck 70, arriving this time in a cool khaki colorway.
The standout feature is of course CdG’s signature hearts motif, which extends from the lateral side panel to the medial ankle. A black canvas strip down the heel adds another color element,
which adds a noticeable contras against the brown khaki upper, cream-colored laces and matching midsole. It’s not too much you can do to interrupt the natural fresh appeal of a classic pair of Chucks, but somehow COMME des GARÇONS found a way to make it even better by not even doing too much. Definitely a perfect option to get your spring season off on a good foot.
