Since when did Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders become a Young Thug, Travis $cott and Quavo fan?
At a campaign rally this past Thursday at Morehouse College, before giving his speech, Sanders walked on to stage with to Travis Scott and Young Thug’s Billboard Top 100 hit, “Pick Up The Phone.”

“Thank you DJ Era for the music,” Bernie said before he got on with his speech.
When Sanders walked up to the stage the crowd erupted. However, Sander’s musical choice should not come as a surprise. Since announcing that he was running for POTUS, the 78-year-old Vermont senator has been endorsed by many rappers in the hip hop community including Killer Mike, Cardi B, and T.I.
Twitter had a lot to say about the senator’s musical choice. While some applauded and found it funny that he chose to “Pick Up The Phone,” some thought it was “pandering” to the black vote.
