Trapland Pat & Behind The Frames Shake Florida in New Hit “Big Boy Drip”

Trapland Pat and Behind The Frames have teamed up and set the Florida rap scene ablaze with their new hit “Big Boy Drip”. The duo have taken both of their unique sounds and inimitable flows to new highs, accompanied with a visual showcase that gives fans a glimpse of the rappers’ lives in the Sunshine State. Although the video features exotic cars and exotic women, the artists bring us to a modest yet picturesque backdrop of an all too familiar Florida bayou that’s representative of the culture and place they both call home.

Their vision of Florida rap is layered with a lingering mandolin and southern bounce that you really won’t be able to forget or authentically find anywhere else outside of the Sunshine State. Complemented by both artists synchronous enchantment of harmonies with their vocal range serving almost as percussion instruments over the eerie composition that’ll echo in your head, haunting you for days.

Both artists are not new at making acclaimed music for their cult following and audiences, but they have recently started to break more into the mainstream by making commercial hit records.

Trapland Pat recently rose to fame earlier this year with the success of “Big Business“, which has since been remixed by multiple artists, most recently Rick Ross back in August. Behind The Frames has toured with artists like Lil Xan and collaborated with many other prominent artists like Tyla Yahweh, Chief Keef and most recently Drakeo the Ruler who passed away in November of last year.
Frames has recently stated that he decided to wait at least a year after his passing before releasing their single out of respect for the artist and his family. The rapper unexpectedly passed away around this time during Thanksgiving of last year, at the Once Upon a Time in LA music festival. His homicide case remains unsolved to this day, and his family and friends are still grieving without any justice.
