The star-studded lineup also features Melanie Martinez, Wiz Khalifa (the Pittsburgh native will be celebrating his birthday on the festival weekend), St. Vincent, Omar Apollo, Fletcher, Yung Gravy, hometown hero Girl Talk, and many more performing over two days across three stages.
