Brother 2 Brother (B2B) is a musical duo made up of two brothers, Jeremiah and Joshua Crawford, from Indianola, Mississippi. As the sons of Temesa and Bobby Crawford, their journey into the world of music began early, nurtured by a family legacy of talent and creativity. With little to no formal music lessons and guidance primarily from their grandfather, the brothers have embraced their innate musical abilities, emerging as multi-talented artists.
Their musical foundation was laid in the welcoming environment of their church, where they first showcased their vocal skills in the youth choir. Today, they continue to inspire their community by playing music at the Mt. Zion Heathman MB Church. This grassroots beginning has shaped their passion for music, which ignited at a remarkably young age—both brothers showing interest as early as 3 and 4 years old.
In 2022, Brother 2 Brother took a significant step forward in their musical career by performing at the ALL-White Backyard Soul & Blues Festival in Atlanta, Georgia. This pivotal moment saw them sharing the stage with Grammy Award Winner Cherelle, performing her iconic hit “Saturday Love.” This experience not only highlighted their talent but also provided valuable exposure and connections within the music industry.
Jeremiah and Joshua have also begun to carve out their own unique sound, with an original song titled “I Like U,” written and produced by the duo. This track showcases their songwriting abilities and musical craftsmanship, reflecting their deep love for music and their desire to create.
In addition to their own music, the brothers are making waves in the industry with their debut single “Paradise,” featuring Gabby Jane. The track has amassed over a quarter million streams and secured the #187 position on the iTunes Top 200 chart, marking a significant milestone for the duo. Brother 2 Brother is signed to ALPHA Music Group with distribution through Empire Records, positioning them for success in the competitive music landscape.
The music video for “Paradise,” filmed by the talented Clint Porte, visually complements the single’s vibrant sound and engaging lyrics. With the support of their management team led by Luciano Layne and co-managed by Andrew Baxter, the brothers are well-equipped to navigate the music industry and expand their reach.
Joshua Crawford, at just 19 years old, is a versatile musician who plays a number of instruments, including the keyboard and drums. His skills complement the duo’s dynamic sound and enhance their live performances. Both brothers
