After a successful exclusive launch in Puerto Rico, Bad Bunny and adidas Originals are bringing the Gazelle “Cabo Rojo” to a global audience. The bold pink sneaker, inspired by the iconic salt flats and pink waters of Cabo Rojo, will be released worldwide on July 26 at 10 AM EST. Signups for early access begin July 22 via the adidas CONFIRMED app.
The release is part of the Gazelle City Series, a three-part sneaker collection honoring Puerto Rico’s natural beauty and cultural depth. Each colorway pays homage to a distinct location on the island, woven into the identity of Bad Bunny and his artistry.

Following the earlier “El Yunque” and “Santurce” colorways — both of which remain exclusive to Puerto Rico — “Cabo Rojo” extends the heartfelt tribute to Benito’s roots with a vivid design and campaign spotlighting Puerto Rican elders as cultural torchbearers.
The pink tones of “Cabo Rojo” reflect the rare phenomenon of the region’s salt flats, making it not just a fashion statement but a wearable piece of Puerto Rican geography and heritage.
This global drop also continues adidas Originals’ partnership with Bad Bunny as the official sponsor of his “No me quiero ir de aquí” Residency in San Juan, cementing a deeper collaboration that blends music, culture, and community.
