Ja Morant made his first-ever visit to China as part of his ongoing “Make Them Watch” global basketball tour, fresh off appearances at Peach Jam and NYvsNY. From July 26 to 29, the Nike athlete visited Shenzhen and Shanghai, where he connected with fans and inspired young basketball players.
In Shanghai, Morant hosted a high-energy “1on1 master class” at Jiangwan Sports Center, the same court where Kobe Bryant once coached rising talent during Nike’s Rise program. A decade later, Morant continued that legacy, bringing his signature creativity, passion, and on-court presence to the next generation.
His next stop is Tokyo, where he will continue to motivate hoopers around the world with his message and mentorship.
