Nike Welcomes Interns to Beaverton HQ with Innovation, Sport, and Legacy

This summer, Nike welcomed a new class of passionate interns to its World Headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon. Spread across 400 acres and more than 75 buildings, the campus is home to cutting-edge innovation labs and athletic facilities named after legends like LeBron James, Serena Williams, Michael Jordan, and Mia Hamm.

Nike CEO Elliott Hill, a former intern himself, remains deeply engaged with the program, which nurtures the next generation of thinkers, athletes, and creators. Earlier this month, undergraduate interns participated in the annual Nike Intern Combine, a three-day challenge to pitch game-changing ideas to Nike leaders.

Some interns are Division I athletes who train on-site and contribute athlete-driven insights to teams across design, marketing, and finance. All interns have access to 150,000 square feet of sport facilities, including Ronaldo Field, the Coach K gym, and more.
