Reebok and Angel Reese have revealed the newest edition of the Angel Reese 1, introducing a purple colorway that celebrates the WNBA star’s hometown of Baltimore, Maryland. The sneaker is set to release in October 2025.
“This one’s for Charm City, to honor my roots and the community of Baltimore that has backed me from day one,” said Reese. “This city gave me my grit and made me who I am today.”
The purple design serves as a tribute to Reese’s journey from the courts of Baltimore to the national stage. She credits her family, her upbringing, and her city for shaping her fierce style of play and her authentic voice on and off the court. Known for embracing her role as both athlete and cultural figure, Reese continues to highlight the city that built her.
Before the Baltimore-inspired release, the Angel Reese 1 will debut in three launch colorways — “Diamond Dust,” “Mebounds,” and “Receipts Ready” — arriving September 18, 2025, on Reebok.com.
