2 Chainz–operating on normal people’s time and not a rapper’s clock–has released his new EP, Freebase, right at 7pm as promised, and hopefully we’re in for a treat. There’s production from everybody from Mike Will Made It (of course) to Southside and the rest of the 808 Mafia crew, and verses from all of your favorite rappers, like Lil’ Boosie, Rick Ross and more. We expect that Freebase will be used to gage where 2 Chainz is as he preps his anticipated 3rd album, B.O.A.T.S III, which really has the fans anxious, but that doesn’t mean it won’t be enjoyable as hell.
