Al Roker’s anaconda don’t want none.
Today Show host & weatherman Al Roker is the latest person to speak out against Nicki Minaj‘s “Anaconda” video. Roker airs Nicki out, as he voices his two cents about how hard Ms. Minaj seems to be trying to keep up with other artists, like Iggy Azalea. He goes on to call Nick “desperate” and even calls her video “vile.”
“Anaconda” was just released yesterday, but is already a smash hit on YouTube in less than 24 hours.
In the video, Nicki twerks with her dancers, and gives rapper Drake a lap dance.
Many parents have taken to Twitter to talk about how they’re disgusted with the video, and how they would never want their own kids to see it.
Watch as Al talks about Nicki on the Today Show, here. But as we marinate on Roker’s comments, the video contines to do numbers within its short time of release. “Anaconda” officially set the new Vevo record for most views in a 24 hour span.
