The U.S. Marshals have issued a wanted poster for Ethan Couch, the 18-year old that only received 10 years probation and no jail time after killing four people in a drunk driving accident in 2013. Authorities are offering a $5,000 reward for information about Couch’s whereabouts.

Couch was convicted of four counts of intoxication manslaughter in 2013 when he was only 16, but got a slap on the wrist due to his alleged “affluenza” and to the dismay of the victims’ families, received only 10 years probation and no jail time. After only two years on probation, Couch was recorded at a house party where alcohol was being served, violation his probation. Not long after the video surfaced on social media, Couch and his mother who allegedly aiding the Texas teen in fleeing from authorities, is also wanted by federal authorities for questioning.

Authorities fear that Couch and his mom may have already fled the country.
