Wilai recently dropped her debut album entitled, ISARA. The Bangkok, Thailand native currently resides in the Big Apple of New York City. The album features a collection of 9 songs. Blending the heavy-hitting sounds of New York hip-hop, with influences of growing overseas, Wilai has made unique music, and at the same time soothing to the ears.
The title of ISARA is inspired by a Thai term meaning “Freedom.” She displays this throughout the entire album. Nothing is more important than the feeling of emancipation. Wilai recorded this album with people she met on her journey in NYC, Bangkok, and London. While recording the project, Wilai gained valuable lessons and experiences.
Wilai thrills us with her new single “I Got You.” The track is a smooth Hip-Hop infused R&B cut that showcases her melodic and sultry vocals. “I Got You” has an immediate ring and charismatic feel.
