Smackwater and The Music Monopoly continue to make noise with the debut of the video for “The Soundtrack To The Revolution”

Unless you’ve been sleeping under a rock, by now you can’t help but notice the presence of the controversial social media sensation known by all as Smackwater. Combining powers with the urban media outlet Music Monopoly, they released one of the most daring projects in recent years titled “The Soundtrack To The Revolution”. In the time of MAGA hats and what seems to be a lack of substance in hip hop, the project was a breath of fresh air to many and was heralded by some as an instant classic.
After releasing a no holds barred message to the masses, just when you thought they were done, they come back for more with release of the video to the title track of the album. You’ve heard for years The Revolution will not be televised, well folks, they proved that to be a lie and it becomes clear as soon as you see the army of black panthers (literal black panthers..the animals not the activists) marching towards you. The militant rhyme fest boasts the talents of Kaleb Israel Tha God, Smackwater, Kidricc
James, Devios, Mercury Mac,Icece, Judah da Pharaoh, Rush Poverty’s Poet, Kaila Mayne and Tay G and leaves you ready to start it over as soon as it finishes. The cinematic experience provided by Orbit and The Newcleus creates the perfect audio/visual marriage and as stated in the beginning of the video it becomes evident, they ain’t marching, they mobbing.
