Yeah, he lost.
And the story goes a little something like this…an imprisoned pimp who forced a woman into prostitution, beat her with an Air Jordan, then later stomped the face of a potential customer with the same sneaker, filed a $100 million lawsuit against Nike. His argument: Nike should have warned him that the sneakers could be used as weapons.
The 27-year old inmate represented himself in court and went on a  20 something minute rant. Sirgiorgio Clardy believed that Nike was somewhat responsible for his 100-year prison sentence due to their failure to include a warning on the sneakers. Needless to say the judge was unmoved and dismissed the lawsuit. Clardy is back behind bars, Jordanless.
