Nope, Kanye West won’t even be repeating his VMA infamy at the Grammy’s if Frank Ocean’s albums don’t earn any acclaim. At a stop along his Saint Pablo Tour, the rapper said that he won’t show up to the ceremony if Ocean isn’t nominated.

West’s threat of boycott comes after Ocean’s Blonde and Endless were deemed ineligible to receive nominations. Team Ocean missed the deadline, whether accidentally or purposely, to submit his work to The Recording Academy.

In all of his career, three of Ocean’s seven Grammy nominations have been West’s recordings: “No Church in the Wild” twice in 2013 and “New Slaves” in 2014. “No Church in the Wild” took home Best Rap/Sung Collaboration, making 2013 the only year Ocean has won Grammy awards, despite his songwriting credits on several other artists’ works over the years. Channel Orange won Best Urban Contemporary Album award that same year.

The academy’s full list of nominations isn’t out until December. If West has a desire to campaign for a homie, he will have plenty of time to do it. Will his efforts be effective? Truth be told, you never really know with Kanye.
