Curren$y’s known for using a wide range of production. He’s had entire albums produced by everyone from The Alchemist to Ski Beatz, including Monsta Beatz being responsible for 85% of Weekend At Burnie’s production. On New Jet City, he called upon an array of different producers, similar to The Stoned Immaculate, but V12 The Hitman may have answered the call most efficiently. Sampling French jazz band Cortex’ “Chanson D’Un Jour D’Hiver”, this may be the most head-bopping worthy beat on this list. We haven’t even discussed Spitta’s relentless dismantling of it yet.
