Steve Nash will trade in his sneakers for cleats…for now
Los Angeles Lakers’ point guard Steve Nash is a known soccer fanatic. His fan hood is defined by his love for Tottenham Hotspur football in the EPL, training sessions with the NY Red Bulls, and being a part of the Vancouver Whitecaps ownership group.
Now Nash will be trying out for the storied franchise that is Inter Milan. The Italian club is gearing up for their US tour as a part of Guinness’ International Champions Cup. Nash will tryout for Inter Milan this Tuesday prior to their first match with Chelsea.
This would be pretty cool if Nash were in fact to take part in the tournament as a member of Inter Milan. On the other hand if you’re a Lakers fan you might not want Nash out there where he could get injured.
