QP is an underdog of his own-making. He made his own way and honed his craft, earning a reputation as one of the most original battle rappers in the game.  He’s also responsible slacking and dropping the ball, for taking too many battles in a day, and for self-sabotaging.  Self-destructive behavior can often be an unwanted byproduct of natural talent.  QP’s style remains unique.  Nobody does it quite like him from stop-pause, to his off-beat wordplay, there’s no battle rapper that can emulate his originality.
