Steven Segal is a Brooklyn-based cop named Gino Felino (really) and after the death of his friend he’s out for (you guessed it) justice! Felino enters a pool hall for answers, and a brawl ensues wherein he knocks one man’s teeth out and wails on a pool-cue wielding ninja.
