Going Solo
Since the group disbanded, Justin Timberlake ended up with a very successful solo career. He made his debut in August of 2002, with a performance at the 2002 MTV Video Music Awards, where he premiered his debut solo single “Like I Love You” featuring The Clipse. He released his debut solo studio album, Justified in November. The album debuted at number 2 on the Billboard 200 with first-week sales of 439,000 copies.
