3. 300: Rise of an Empire

The mighty Spartan army will rise once again against the gaudy King Xerxes and his Persian warriors. 300: Rise of an Empire which is based on Frank Miller‘s graphic novel Xerxes will center around the 480 BC Battle of Salamis. All that means is the Spartans will be hitting the seas for an epic naval bout which should be as visually-striking and violent as the first. Rise of an Empire will also provide a history of Xerxes and his ascension from a mortal to a God.
