If you don’t know it exists, you’d most likely never find it. Bar Ilegal exists in a small, nondescript stone house within Davis’ Clive Bar, and only serves mezcal imported from an authentic brewery in Southern Mexico. Keep your eyes open and your liver ready if you’re venturing away from the busy SXSW areas.
