Torchy’s Tacos (S 1st Street)
Fried avocado tacos? We’re with it. Torchy’s is willing to fry almost anything and put it between a tortilla, and is popular for its fresh green chilies and pork carnitas. Torchy’s is cheap, and has multiple food trucks throughout the city. Come for a quick lunch between sets. Our suggestion? Get the “trailer park” and ask them to make it trashy — no lettuce and added queso.
