Since his three-game suspension in February, Marcus Smart has been playing like the lottery pick that he was once presumed to be, before electing to return to school for his sophomore year. Smart ended the regular season on a tear, doing a little bit of everything stat-wise, but more importantly leading his team with a high-motor and an undeniable tenacity. Even as a number 9 seed, due to Smart’s prowess, the Cowboys are in serious Final Four contention.
