News broke today that Durant has suffered a fracture in his foot, otherwise known as a Jones fracture, and he will miss 6-8 weeks of action. After yesterday’s practice, Durant made team officials aware of some discomfort in his foot, and after the necessary examinations were run, it was revealed that he has a Jones fracture. Team officials admitted that they were unable to come up with a timeline specific to Durant’s injury, but similar cases around the league have resulted in return times of about 6-8 weeks.

Your move, Russell Westbrook.
