J. Lindeberg was one collection to remember.
The A/W collection was indeed a voyage through space and the universe as expressed in the title of the collection, Visions of Space – A Tailored Odyssey. The atmosphere upon entering the showroom made you feel as though you were entering a space station on another planet. The music by Marcus Ullmarker contributed to this sensational experience and added to the juxtaposition of combining extreme weather conditions with the interstellar design of the room. The clothes were a mix of dark, earthy colors, metallic’s and dark tonal fabrics and leather. This was my favorite collection of the night and I’m sure everyone enjoyed viewing it as mush as I did. Everything from the description in the handouts, the staging and line-up of the models, the background music, the styling of the outfits, the poses and even the J. Lindeberg logo on display were all on-point and clearly expressed the meaning behind this collection.
The collection was presented as a part of New York Men’s Day (NYMD) sponsored by Cadillac at Industria Studios.
